Made for low-level work

Use a ground pod, which fits entirely inside the hide, or a small tripod with one leg through the lockable front zip. A compact ball head such as our Flex Shooter keeps your lens stable without touching the fabric when you pan. The small footprint makes the hide easy to place inconspicuously and dress with branches, leaves or reeds.

In the field

Low-level is where intimate wildlife images are made, and the Falco Mark IV is built for it: waders and shorebirds on mudflats and beaches, ground-feeding birds, drinking pools and puddle reflections, and small mammals all come alive when the camera sits at their eye level. Lie prone behind the hide, choose your angle from three fixed snoots, and stay dry and hidden on wet ground. Because it packs down small, you can carry it to the water's edge and set up wherever the light and the subject are.
